At a Court held for the County of Southampton on 20th day of December 1830 This writing purportedly the will of Edwin Beale dec'd was presented in Court by Thomas Worrell and Edmund Thorp two of the Executors therein named for probat and thereupon Simon Murfee appealed by his attorney and opposed the proof of the said Will thereupon the witnesses to said well were sworn and examined and the ?????? by their attorny's fully heard it is the opinion of the court that the said writing is the True last will and testament of the said Edwin Beale dec'd and that he at the time of executing the same was under no undue influence therefore it is ordered that the same be recorded.
